DISTRICT OF NEVADA IN THE MATTER OF: ) ) THE LOCAL RULES OF PRACTICE FOR ) THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR ) THE DISTRICT OF NEVADA. ) ORDER ADOPTING LOCAL RULES OF PRACTICE AND ESTABLISHING EFFECTIVE DATE IT IS ORDERED that the Local Rules of Practice for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada consisting of: Part IA - Introduction Part IB - United States Magistrate Judges Part II - Local Rules of Civil Practice Part III - Local Rules of Bankruptcy Practice Part IV - Local Rules of Criminal Practice Part V - Local Rules of Special Proceedings and Appeals are hereby adopted and shall become effective June 1, 1995. These Local Rules of Practice shall govern all proceedings in actions brought on or after that date. Unless otherwise ordered by the court, proceedings in actions pending before June 1, 1995, shall be governed by prior practice of the court. The Rules of Practice for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, adopted February 1, 1992, and the following Special Orders of this Court shall be rescinded as of the effective date of these Rules: Special Order No. 76, filed July 1, 1991.
